He was extremely helpful and his proficiency in English was very impressive. The hotel facilities were excellent. They provided free bicycles for guests to travel around the city which was a unique and exciting way to explore this beautiful place. I was also impressed by how clean this hotel was. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job maintaining the cleanliness of the entire hotel.
